Sterling Protective Services is unique in many ways. First, we concentrate our efforts strictly into the implementation and management of on-site security programs, tailored to the specific needs of each individual client. Many of our competitors claim to offer a wide array of services including investigations, access control systems, and CCTV systems. While we recognize the need for these types of products and services, we would rather refer our clients to an independent firm specializing in their particular need. As a result, our entire staff is dedicated to the single task of managing a professional and effective on-site security program. In addition, Sterling Protective Services is privately and locally owned with an experienced management team whose single goal is customer satisfaction and loyalty. Serving the needs of some of the same clients since 1989 has taught us the value of exceeding the expectations of representatives from the industries we serve.


Sterling Protective Services is licensed and insured to provide uniformed non-commissioned (unarmed) or commissioned (armed) security services throughout the state of Texas. Sterling Protective also provides personal protection officers, which can be armed and attired in plain clothes.  We currently provide security services to a wide variety of industries including: corporate campuses, office buildings, management companies, industrial sites, retail centers, medical facilities, construction sites, and state and federal government entities. In addition to that, Sterling Protective Services has the capabilities to provide short-term security service for your temporary projects or special events.


Currently Sterling Protective Services is equipped to handle all of your security needs throughout the state of Texas, with branch offices currently located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston metropolitan areas.


At Sterling Protective Services we evaluate the individual needs of each potential client, prior to preparing an actual security proposal. Many variables influence the cost of a successful on-site security program. These variables include: the complexity of staff duties and required skill sets, geographic location, budget objectives, duration and volume of service, and more. Once these needs have been understood, we will prepare a comprehensive proposal along with a proposed hourly bill rate for our services. A representative from Sterling Protective Services' management team will explain every element of the proposal and answer all questions. This service is available at no cost.
